To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a generous 180-day window from the date of delivery to request a return if a product does not meet your expectations.


Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return process, please confirm that your item(s) meet the following criteria:

·         Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

·         Hygiene & Safety: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain kitchen tools may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

·         Authorization Required: Returns sent to our facility without prior approval from our Customer Service Team cannot be accepted.

·         Final Sale: Please note that clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

2.      Provide Details: Include your Order Number and the specific name of the item(s) you wish to return.

3.      Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide specific return instructions and the return address once approved.

4.      Important: Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be processed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect product, please follow this specific process:

·         Notification Window: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

·         Required Information: Please provide your Order Number and clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

·         Solutions: Once verified, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate resolution to ensure your kitchen remains functional.


Order Management

·         Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website.

·         Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at service@gatemove.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

·         Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within a total of 15 business days, please contact us for an immediate investigation or replacement.


Return Shipping & Refunds

·         Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

·         Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees and any applied customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.

·         Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
